OK.. Tonight's Dinner:
Grilled Swordfish with Italian - Virgin, Olive Oil
with "Italian and Smoked Seasonings."
With a side of "Sauteed - Chopped" 1/4 - 1/2 Squares
Vegetables - organic, Eggplant, Red pepper,
Portobello Mushrooms and Italian seasonings.
The Salad:
Mixed Greens with an Southwestern Dressing,
Dried - Apple chips, Cranberries, Nuts, Feta and "shaved" parmesan.
