
"ONCE EATEN, TWICE ENJOYED!"

It's Saturday Night!!! I cooked Filet Mignon once again
as I enjoyed it so much last night. This time accompanied
with sautéed, Italian Spiced - Cauliflower Florets, and Lemon Pepper,
sautéed in olive oil - Garlic Potatoes. The fillet Mignon was every bit
as enjoyable with the addition of Chili Lime seasonings, and Onion spices also.
I'd call this one an Italian - Cajun Fillet of Fusion Ecstacy!
