Wild Caught, Flounder Almondine - on a bed of organic kale - Peanut - Thai - Dressing.

The Flounder was sauteed with freshly "chopped" jalapenos, onions, sliced, (raw) almonds

with Memphis BBQ, Ajika Georgian, Turmeric Seasonings

and a splash of Green Goddess - hot sauce.

And, finally - "Sauteed" in Virgin - olive oil - from Italy!
