HUNGRY? I MADE DINNER TONIGHT!



Happy Labor Day! Surprise! I cooked Dinner tonight! Fresh, mini - organic - Eggplant Parmigiana!

1/2 Inch sliced - steamed - beforehand eggplant - three layers with homemade Italian Sauce -

- multiple Spices, Fresh Tomato, Garlic - chopped - diced Peppers, Basil - Pesto sauce from Italy,

fresh - Basil chopped as well. 2 % Lo Fat - Mozzarella cheese with a hint or more

of freshly grated / crumbled - parmesan cheese, and extra - fresh Basil leaves on the side.


Molto Bono!!
