Good evening everyone!
Happy Sunday! I hope that you haven't eaten as I made a special dinner tonight.
Succulent - wild caught, Barramundi Fish - "Broiled" with Sesame Oil, Turmeric, Chipotle, Blackened with organic - Mollasses spread - topped with an olive tapenade
and fresh basil leaves.
Followed by an Arugula salad with organic - feta cheese, kalamata olives,
"locally grown" avocado, from, Modena - Italy Vinegar and virgin - Olive Oil.
Mangia and Bona Petito!
